As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will develop and improve features for a digital clinic, ensuring quality patient care and software reliability across the stack including React and NestJS.

Lead payer strategy and operations for value-based contracting, building TCOC and risk models, converting clinical and financial data into commercial narratives, owning Salesforce-driven revenue operations, and delivering reporting and sales enablement to drive growth and executive decision-making.

The Controller will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and internal controls while preparing the organization for growth and managing the accounting team.
