Define how AI handles voice and text client interactions, design handoffs to humans, set success metrics (autonomous resolution, CSAT, adoption, retention), drive business outcomes and pricing, gather deep customer insight from self-care businesses, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver trustworthy, high-quality AI conversational experiences.

Lead the fintech product roadmap for payments, capital, POS, reconciliation, and fraud tooling. Own in-person payment experiences, payment reliability, financial logic, and reconciliation reporting. Partner with engineering, risk, finance, and CX to scale infrastructure, automate settlement and reconciliation, reduce manual review, and translate early-stage fintech capabilities into reliable customer-facing products using data and customer insight.
