Uses CRM data, call recordings, seller feedback, and analytics to diagnose skill gaps, establish training KPIs, and improve ramp time, proficiency, conversion, and sales performance. Coordinates programs across regions and stakeholders while applying AI tools to enhance enablement.

Own Box’s global customer-facing consumption program, monitoring usage and overage trends, managing exceptions, supporting billing inquiries, and coordinating operational actions. Translate business requirements into analytics and reporting requests, assess product and policy changes, maintain playbooks and customer guidance, and orchestrate cross-functional work across Product, Finance, Billing, Analytics, Marketing, and Account Teams. Lead expansion of consumption billing to additional products.
