Provides accounting and advisory services to nonprofit clients, including month-end close, fund accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, grant and donor reporting, and audit preparation. Manages multiple client engagements, communicates directly with stakeholders, supports process improvements, reviews junior staff work, and assists with client onboarding. Uses QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Excel while applying nonprofit accounting principles and U.S. GAAP.

Oversee fund accounting and administration for complex investment structures, including capital accounts, allocations, investor activity, capital calls, distributions, financial statements, NAV reviews, audits, tax processes, and investor reporting. Lead junior team members, coordinate with auditors and advisors, support AML/KYC compliance, and ensure accurate, timely deliverables while contributing to fund administration growth.

Provide compensation consulting services to clients, including job matching, benchmarking, data analysis, pay-range design, cost modeling, and internal equity reviews. Present findings clearly to business leaders, translate complex data into practical guidance, and help organizations develop compensation philosophies and strategies aligned with their culture and values. The role is primarily remote, offers flexible hours, and involves rare travel.
