Lead Brale’s product management function and roadmap for stablecoin infrastructure spanning issuance, payments, wallets, tokenization, integrations, billing, and operational tooling. Partner with customers, executives, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to ship measurable improvements, reduce adoption and billing friction, and improve workflows. Coach and develop a small product team while retaining ownership of strategic initiatives. The role requires hands-on product execution, customer discovery, prototyping, commercial judgment, and experience with blockchain, fintech, payments, or money movement infrastructure.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for stablecoin infrastructure, from discovery and solutioning through proposal, closing, and customer handoff. Lead technical demos, explain fund flows, manage API and integration discussions, and coordinate legal, compliance, and technical stakeholders. Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and follow-through while converting inbound demand and targeted outbound opportunities among fintechs, payment companies, neobanks, and businesses.
