Lead multiple cross-functional projects on the Product team using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Manage end-to-end project life cycles, documentation, backlogs, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-impact outcomes. Collaborate with product owners and program managers, contribute to PM best practices, and support Bravens project management Centers of Excellence.

Leads organization-wide progress monitoring and reporting, including board updates, data analysis, and data-driven narratives. Coordinates cross-functional partnerships among Product, Systems, and External Affairs, supports internal and external councils, and owns the Insights & Strategy team’s planning, meeting cadence, knowledge management, and process improvement. Requires strong writing, strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, collaboration, discretion, and operational execution.

Administer Braven’s Jira Service Management, Slack, Zoom, and related collaboration platforms. Design workflow automations using Jira rules, Okta Workflows, scripting, and other tools to improve internal processes. Provide tier 2/3 support, maintain technical documentation, collaborate on infrastructure decisions, manage integrations, coordinate with vendors, and evaluate new technologies. The role is hybrid in Chicago, Newark, or New York City, with occasional onsite support and travel two to four times annually.

Lead Braven's social media strategy and channel management across platforms. Create platform-native short-form video and visual content, build engaged communities and influencer relationships, collaborate with regional teams, track analytics, and present insights to grow audience and amplify impact.

Lead recruitment and enrollment for BravenX, targeting 500+ student Fellows per semester. Manage student interns and ambassadors, run outreach and events, use Salesforce and Google Suite for tracking, support nonprofit partner relationships, contribute to marketing and social media recruitment, and analyze data to improve enrollment and retention.

Lead and execute organization-wide strategic initiatives, set and monitor KPIs, build and maintain regional and organizational dashboards, facilitate leadership and cross-functional teams, manage consultants, and support annual and multi-year planning to drive scale and operational goals.

Lead and operationalize end-to-end talent lifecycle work: build SOPs, coordinate interviews, support compliance, manage ATS/HRIS configuration, analyze recruiting KPIs, and run a small portfolio of full-cycle searches while driving process and systems improvements.

Lead cultivation and management of employer partnerships across government, law, education, nonprofit, health, media, and arts sectors. Build shared-value strategies, prospect at scale, manage a portfolio of high-stakes partners, source fellowship and volunteer opportunities, drive revenue goals, coordinate cross-functional operations, track partnership pipeline, and support national events to expand fellow opportunities and organizational impact.

The Head of Board and Council Engagement will strategize and implement board management and develop councils to enhance Braven's outreach and effectiveness, ensuring strong governance, diverse revenue streams, and stakeholder engagement. This includes managing board member relationships, overseeing strategic planning, and leading a team to support governance operations.

The Associate, Employer Partnerships will lead volunteer recruitment, enhance operational systems, and engage employer partners to support Braven's mission.

The Director of Transformation and Strategy will develop multi-year strategies, execute pilot programs, and build operational frameworks to facilitate organizational growth and partnerships while analyzing outcomes and driving learning initiatives.

The Director of Transformation and Operations will lead strategic initiatives, enhance operations infrastructure, and conduct market intelligence to support Braven's mission of empowering college students after graduation.
