Teams at Braven

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, set and monitor organizational KPIs, build and maintain regional and org-level dashboards, facilitate leadership planning and decision-making, manage strategic projects and consultants, and provide data-driven analysis and storytelling to support Braven's growth and multi-year planning.

Lead multiple cross-functional projects on the Product team using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Manage end-to-end project life cycles, documentation, backlogs, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-impact outcomes. Collaborate with product owners and program managers, contribute to PM best practices, and support Bravens project management Centers of Excellence.

The Head of Public Policy will lead policy strategy for Braven, engaging with stakeholders, managing teams, and creating legislative resources to influence policy in the education and career development sector.
