Support the Benefits team with new hire orientation, I-9 audit, document scanning and file automation, ID badge preparation, and help develop benefits policies and procedures. Gain hands-on HR benefits experience during a June–August in-person internship.

Provides on-site nursing leadership and medical case management for clients, supervising staff, conducting health/vital checks, maintaining medication records and controlled substance logs, coordinating care with physicians and pharmacies, offering health education, and delivering emergency first aid/CPR as needed.

Manage pre-award and post-award contract and grant activities including proposal administrative components, subcontract approvals, account setup, compliance monitoring, budgeting, invoicing, audit support, financial reporting, and contract close-outs. Coordinate with finance, HR, program staff and funding agencies; prepare financial analyses and present budget-to-actuals to senior leadership. Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to GAAP and organizational finance policies.
