Build Breeze's growth engine: define positioning and brand, own content and founder-led storytelling, launch products, grow community and partnerships, run growth experiments across acquisition and retention, leverage AI to scale content, analyze performance, and recruit the future growth team.

Lead the end-to-end product strategy and 0-to-1 launch of a card issuing platform. Own card economics, transaction lifecycle, ledgering, reconciliation, risk controls, integrations with banks/processors, and customer experience. Partner with engineering, risk, compliance, and operations to build scalable card, tokenization, wallet, and dispute workflows; iterate using transaction and fraud metrics.

In this role, the Staff Frontend Engineer will own checkout and payment flows, optimize user experiences, and collaborate with teams to improve performance and conversion rates.
