The role requires structured discovery, consultative selling, adaptability, coaching responsiveness, and occasional travel.

Own and scale Brellium’s production platform and infrastructure supporting high-volume clinical-note audits and AI pipelines. Establish reliable, observable, cost-effective infrastructure patterns; improve CI/CD and developer environments; manage cloud and tooling spend; advance security, SOC 2, and HIPAA compliance; and consolidate identity, access, and device management. This founding engineer will define the platform roadmap, collaborate with engineering leadership, and improve productivity across the organization.

Manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers representing approximately $2MM in ARR. Drive renewals, upsells, account planning, executive relationships, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to influence the product roadmap and develop customer success content. The role requires strong presentation, relationship management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills in an in-person startup environment.

Prospect and qualify healthcare-clinic leads through email, phone, and social outreach. Research target accounts and decision-makers, schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, maintain prospect relationships, track activity in CRM tools, and meet pipeline-generation goals. The BDR will also refine outreach processes, monitor industry and competitor trends, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategy at a fast-growing health-tech startup.

Own and scale Brellium’s digital demand generation engine across paid, organic, web, email, social, outbound, lifecycle, and events. The role manages website conversion, LinkedIn Ads, SEO partners, lead capture and nurturing, attribution, funnel analytics, AI automation, and marketing-sourced pipeline. This hands-on position builds programs from zero, runs experiments, optimizes campaigns and budgets, and partners with sales, product, and leadership to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

The Head of Growth will build and lead Brellium’s enterprise B2B SaaS growth function. Responsibilities include owning growth-sourced pipeline, developing go-to-market messaging, scaling paid, content, event, outbound, and lifecycle channels, improving demand generation, creating performance reporting, supporting sales enablement, and optimizing spend based on CAC, ROI, funnel metrics, and revenue impact. The role partners with Sales, Product, Leadership, and the CEO to define category positioning and drive scalable growth.

Collaborate to build and scale systems for Brellium's AI-driven medical platform, delivering features quickly and improving patient care.

Own and ship full-stack product features end-to-end—design, implement, and launch across frontend, backend, and data layers. Collaborate with design, product, leadership, and customers to turn ambiguous problems into scalable, production-ready solutions while balancing velocity and quality.
