Own fraud strategy across credit, deposit, and card payment products. Analyze data with SQL and Python, develop detection rules and automations, optimize investigation workflows, monitor fraud KPIs, build executive dashboards, assess incident impact, and collaborate with Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to strengthen fraud prevention.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions across business functions. Translate requirements into technical designs, build declarative and programmatic applications, manage deployments and change control, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Support, and IT while ensuring scalable architecture, code quality, and alignment with Salesforce best practices.

Lead Marketing Finance within Brex’s GTM Finance team by building pipeline forecasts, ROI and customer acquisition models, supporting planning and investment decisions, analyzing marketing and sales performance, and advising executive leadership. The role develops financial narratives, presents forecasts and recommendations to leadership and the board, connects marketing metrics to financial outcomes, and drives cross-functional initiatives involving attribution, win rates, CAC, payback, and LTV:CAC.
