Develop and execute brand design across marketing campaigns, social media, web, presentations, email, out-of-home, and branded content. Refine the visual identity system, create storytelling-driven visuals, and collaborate with marketing, product, copy, motion, and external vendor teams. Present creative concepts, maintain high standards across typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy, and connect design work to strategic business and brand goals.

Own and evolve Brex’s brand identity system across visual language, typography, color, illustration, and brand patterns. Define scalable brand standards, translate strategy into visual direction, create brand expressions and campaigns, and art direct internal and external creative partners. Collaborate with Marketing, Web, Product, and leadership teams while providing organization-wide design guidance and maintaining high standards of craft and consistency.

Own the end-to-end product direction for Brex’s Finance Admin AI agents, including strategy, roadmap, agent behavior, prompting, evaluation, and quality. Partner with engineering, design, research, and finance administrators to build trustworthy agents for expense auditing and business analysis. Translate complex finance workflows into production capabilities, prototype and analyze agent performance, establish feedback loops, and determine when agents should recommend or act autonomously.
