Support BRICs government fundraising and external affairs by managing grant applications, contracts, compliance, reporting, payment tracking, and CRM data. Monitor funding opportunities and policy developments, draft briefing materials, coordinate meetings with officials and partners, support advocacy and civic events, and collaborate across departments to produce impact reports and maintain government-facing systems and contact databases.

Lead planning and execution of BRIC's live events and media capture, supervise production managers and freelance crew, manage budgets/vendors, ensure safety and technical standards, coordinate cross-departmentally, and oversee multi-camera and broadcast productions for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

Lead and execute BRIC's corporate partnership strategy to generate revenue and brand impact. Source, negotiate, and manage sponsorships end-to-end, oversee activation and fulfillment, collaborate across departments, track performance in Salesforce, and represent BRIC externally to grow and retain partners.
