The Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at BrightHire oversees a portfolio of customers, driving engagement from implementation to renewal while ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization. The Special Project Lead will scale the AI agent for interviews, guiding customer implementation, enhancing adoption, and providing product feedback while partnering with sales and operational teams.

Build and own end-to-end AI features across the stack: prompt engineering, evals, vector search, backend/data models, and frontend interactions. Ensure accuracy, safety, speed, and on-brand AI outputs. Collaborate with Product and Design to iterate on generative AI features used daily (coaching, candidate summaries, natural-language assistant).
