Manage enhancement requests and small-to-medium projects across finance, procurement, order management, inventory, projects, and manufacturing. Configure workflows, dashboards, saved searches, KPIs, forms, and custom records; collaborate on scripts and integrations; conduct system reviews; support testing, documentation, change management, SOX compliance, and client relationship management.
