Leads the architecture, engineering delivery, modernization, and operations of a multichannel inbound communications platform. Oversees document capture, imaging, OCR, workflow automation, AI-enabled classification and extraction, integrations, security, scalability, and reliability. Establishes technology strategy, standards, APIs, roadmaps, and engineering practices while leading architecture, software, platform, quality, and AI/data teams. Partners with product, operations, sales, security, implementation, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and reduce technical debt.

Leads internal projects from initiation through completion, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, and cross-functional teams. Partners with senior leaders to set priorities, resolve challenges, influence resource allocation, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Develops function strategy, establishes collaborative relationships, and prepares executive-level reports and presentations.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, modernization, and governance of Broadridge’s enterprise print communications platform. Oversees document composition, personalization, content management, production integration, fulfillment controls, client self-service, and connected print-digital experiences. Develops investment cases, performance metrics, and modernization plans while balancing regulatory requirements, operational efficiency, scalability, quality, security, and client needs. Builds and leads the platform product-management team and influences technology, operations, design, compliance, and business stakeholders.
