Executes integrated B2B marketing campaigns, events, sales enablement, corporate communications, and marketing operations. The role supports multiple business groups in a highly matrixed environment and is hybrid in New York City.

Develops and supports full-stack software solutions using Java, AWS, Spring Boot, React, Python, Kafka, and microservices. Designs architectures, translates business requirements, builds CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoots production issues, conducts code reviews, and ensures security and quality standards. Provides technical leadership, estimates project scope and schedules, collaborates across teams, and mentors junior developers.

Supports financial and operational performance across a division or business unit. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, operational improvement, personnel evaluation, complex business analysis, and project guidance. The role analyzes financial and operational data, identifies issues, recommends improvements, tracks objectives, collaborates with cross-functional leaders, and builds consensus while operating independently under broad business guidelines.
