Supports proposal development, recruiting strategy, and contract performance while advising employees and leadership on policies, grievances, and personnel matters.

Recruit engineers for aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing clients across multiple locations. Develop job descriptions from RFP/RFQ requirements, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, obtain letters of intent, and coordinate selections with business development and capture teams. Manage client relationships, vendor-management-system submissions, compensation negotiations, candidate pipelines, and junior recruiting staff. The role also supports proposal efforts and HUBZone recruiting initiatives.

Manage federal audit, compliance, and performance oversight projects for CMS, HHS, and DoD clients.
