Manage full-cycle recruiting across Brookfield’s U.S. and Canadian divisions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, onboarding, and candidate communication. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, maintain Workday job postings, support recruitment events and intern hiring, contribute to employer branding, and manage external recruitment agency relationships.

Leads internal and external communications, public relations, media strategy, executive counsel, community relations, government relations, and reputation management for Brookfield’s U.S. and Canada real estate operations. Responsibilities include drafting messaging, managing media and PR agency relationships, preparing executives for interviews, coordinating global communications, and building relationships with journalists, public officials, and civic groups.

Leads the North America Office portfolio’s regional FP&A team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, valuation, financial modeling, leasing forecasts, IFRS reporting, cash flow, and investment performance analysis. Partners with cross-functional teams, accounting, senior leadership, and investors to deliver financial insights and reporting. Drives process improvements, supports strategic decision-making, and coaches a team of 1–3 employees.
