Leads end-to-end commercial workplace design projects for tenants, from test fits and concept development through construction administration, move-in, and closeout. Manages consultants, vendors, FF&E, budgets, schedules, feasibility studies, and tenant communications. Collaborates with construction, workplace operations, technology, asset management, and real estate experience teams while developing design standards and workplace innovations. The role combines team leadership, project management, client service, and hands-on design execution.

Leads the North America Office portfolio’s regional FP&A team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, valuation, financial modeling, leasing forecasts, IFRS reporting, cash flow, and investment performance analysis. Partners with cross-functional teams, accounting, senior leadership, and investors to deliver financial insights and reporting. Drives process improvements, supports strategic decision-making, and coaches a team of 1–3 employees.
