Provide in-house leasing counsel for NYC office and retail assets: review and negotiate leases and related documents, advise Asset Management/Leasing/Operations, support financings and dispositions, oversee tenant disputes and litigation, manage outside counsel, and assist with ancillary asset agreements and portfolio initiatives.

Support G&A budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations for North America Office portfolio. Prepare and consolidate budgets/reforecasts, analyze allocations and variances, support lease reporting and maintain leasing data in VTS and Yardi, assist BOX revolver administration, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and presentations to inform management decisions and identify cost-savings opportunities.

The Senior Accountant will consolidate and analyze financials, build relationships with internal teams, prepare reports, and improve financial processes.
