Support senior Owner's Advisors in planning, procurement, contract review, and project execution for collaborative delivery projects. Develop RFQs/RFPs, review SOQs/proposals, assist negotiations, coordinate stakeholders and subject-matter specialists, contribute to risk mitigation, and support project scheduling, startup, and commissioning while aligning projects to owner goals and budgets.

Lead and scale Brown and Caldwell's Advisory Services enterprise, setting strategic direction, operating models, governance, and performance metrics. Drive service integration across strategy, digital, and finance practices; oversee talent, budgets, risk, and delivery quality. Champion organizational change to embed advisory capabilities, support complex client engagements, and grow the business while ensuring enterprise alignment and measurable outcomes.

Lead infrastructure financing and municipal utility finance efforts including financial analysis, capital improvement planning, rate studies, budgeting, funding strategy development, and grant/loan management. Provide strategic guidance, risk identification and governance, mentor staff, and optimize federal and state funding opportunities to support clients' financial stability and growth.
