Lead and build the AI layer for an AI-native data integration platform: select and manage LLMs, design RAG and agentic architectures, implement transformation generation and validation, integrate AI into workflows, establish monitoring/evaluation, and define responsible AI practices for financial services.

Serve as a data subject-matter expert for Capital Partners, translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and tactical data solutions. Partner with front-office, investment, and technology teams, support UAT, create data catalogs/flow diagrams, and drive process improvements to advance an AI-ready data platform.

Support the Senior Wealth Planner and Relationship Management teams by reviewing estate planning documents, preparing client presentation materials, analyzing complex trust, estate, tax and philanthropic issues, advising high-net-worth clients on estate and investment matters, and contributing to business development and community engagement.
