Supports residents in a substance use recovery program by coordinating daily routines, shift coverage, safety rounds, visitor procedures, and facility readiness. Responds to resident needs, emergencies, overdoses, incidents, and facility issues; documents events accurately and protects confidentiality. Uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, reinforces program expectations, refers clinical questions to authorized staff, and keeps program leaders informed through logs, reports, and timely communication.
