Lead corporate access strategy and deliver high-touch event coverage for institutional clients. Plan and execute roadshows, conferences, dinners and internal events; manage logistics, vendors, budgets, branding, post-event reporting, and stakeholder coordination to drive client engagement and business origination.

Provide hands-on legal support for US investment banking and capital markets, advising on public and private offerings, debt financings, M&A, SPACs, and corporate services. Draft and negotiate engagement letters, transaction documents, NDAs, and conflicts management; collaborate with investment banking, compliance, and outside counsel; act as subject-matter expert across product and industry coverage groups.

The Associate will support a Senior Analyst by conducting research and analysis in biotechnology, building financial models, and authoring research reports.
