Design and deliver leadership development experiences for corporate clients: facilitate workshops, simulations, and assessments; conduct client interviews, research, and analysis; design programs using adult learning principles; manage multiple engagements, coach leaders, and support business outcomes. Expect hybrid work and regular travel to client sites.
