Lead and manage a team of Account Executives selling B2B SaaS to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. Develop and execute sales plans, coach AEs, analyze performance metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, build customer relationships, and stay current on market trends to drive revenue and retention.

Drive new-logo acquisition for corporate customers (up to $50k ARR) by managing prospects through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles. Hit quota, own territory with SDR partnerships, develop account-based strategies, lead demos, use sales tech stack, forecast accurately, coordinate with partners/VARs, and collaborate across Sales, Sales Engineering, and GTM teams to scale outbound messaging and close deals.

As an Install Base Account Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling, renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage communication and account management skills to drive revenue and product adoption, becoming an integral part of the sales strategy.
