Coordinate and drive cross-functional project delivery for the COO Office at a regulated digital assets exchange. Refine requirements, maintain project artifacts (status, RAID, decisions), facilitate meetings, support business analysis and process mapping, track dependencies and risks, liaise between business and technology, and help develop scalable PM frameworks.

Own month-end and year-end close activities, reconcile crypto wallets/exchanges and blockchain transactions, support SEC reporting and audits, implement accounting policies and automation, collaborate with FP&A, and drive process improvements for cryptocurrency accounting and financial reporting.

Execute and monitor day-to-day capital deployment across DeFi protocols, manage institutional wallet and custody workflows, reconcile deployed capital and yields, monitor liquidation and protocol risk, and maintain quantitative models for yield optimization and protocol integrations. Interface with accounting and finance and operate within firm-approved guardrails to preserve capital.
