Develops sales strategies, originates and closes high-value opportunities, expands client relationships, and drives revenue growth. Advises clients on digital asset trading products, builds strategic partnerships, analyzes markets and competitors, and collaborates with product, trading, legal, compliance, and marketing teams. Requires extensive industry relationships, sales leadership, regulatory awareness, and international client engagement.

Lead creative expression and brand evolution across marketing, media, product, editorial, events, and digital channels. Develop scalable visual and motion systems, direct hands-on 360-degree creative, guide designers through ideation and delivery, and experiment with AI and emerging design technologies. Partner with cross-functional and executive teams, create brand assets and templates, elevate creative quality through critique, and help build a rigorous, collaborative creative culture.

Own the AI strategy and execution for Bullish and CoinDesk business teams. Build and deploy AI workflows, copilots, automation, and agentic solutions; identify and prioritize high-value use cases; establish self-service enablement through tools and training; define adoption, efficiency, and ROI KPIs; report outcomes to executives; and build the AI Enablement function and team from the ground up.
