Responsibilities include designing and refining AI agents and prompts, mapping clinical workflows, configuring platform solutions, evaluating outputs, managing implementations, training users, driving adoption, gathering product feedback, and partnering with engineering and product teams on scalable improvements. The role combines pre-sales discovery and solution design with post-sales implementation, optimization, and customer change management.
