One link replaces the document chase: applicants complete a guided mobile flow, income and employment verify directly from the payroll source, and identity, credit, background, and eviction checks run through FCRA-regulated reporting partners. Results land in a single dashboard, with cross-source mismatch flags, screening-criteria prompts, and a decision audit trail attached to each applicant file. Most checks complete in under 30 seconds, and applicant completion runs above 95%, compared with under 40% for document-upload processes. Coverage extends to gig workers, freelancers, and other non-traditional earners, with a document-fraud fallback module for affordable-housing and compliance cases where a document is unavoidable. Pricing is charged per completed screening rather than per seat. All six modules are live and generally available.
