Manage and grow strategic national restaurant accounts using consultative selling. Conduct menu analyses, business reviews, prospecting, and sample submissions. Lead QA incident responses, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Marketing), draft supply agreements/pricing proposals, and meet annual sales and profitability targets. Substantial travel (up to 40%) and territory-based remote work required.

Lead and develop a team of National Account Managers to grow C-store, assembler, QSR/FSR accounts (including Canada); create and execute customer programs, promotions, and custom-product commercialization; collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Finance and S&OP; manage contracts, budgets, pipeline and KPIs; hire and develop staff; and travel extensively to support national accounts.

Lead sales and distributor development across assigned channels for CHG product portfolio. Manage key retail accounts and a DSD distribution network, acquire new business, oversee brokers, execute trade spend, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive revenue, margin, and product innovation to meet short- and long-term growth targets.
