Define and launch features for scheduling, medication refills, navigation, and logistics while partnering with engineering, design, clinical, care delivery, and patient success teams. Drive product discovery, prioritize opportunities, balance automation with human oversight, and optimize outcomes through experimentation, analytics, and operational metrics.

Lead Cadence’s visual brand expression across executive presentations, enterprise sales materials, websites, reports, print collateral, patient materials, and events. Translate complex clinical data, AI capabilities, and operational outcomes into clear visual narratives. Maintain brand guidelines, templates, asset libraries, and lightweight design systems while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product, Partnerships, and Clinical teams. Own high-visibility design initiatives and ensure consistent, polished brand execution across digital and print touchpoints.

Design and scale security infrastructure across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, endpoints, identity, and secrets management. Build AI governance controls addressing model risk, bias, reliability, and patient safety. Establish secure engineering standards, reusable controls, and golden paths while translating security risks for technical and business stakeholders. Partner with engineering, product, clinical, legal, and executive leaders to prioritize security workstreams and strengthen compliance across a regulated healthcare platform.

Build and ship software engineering projects from design through production rollout. Develop AI-powered features supporting chronic care workflows, collaborate with engineering and clinical partners, write maintainable and testable code, and apply software development practices to reliable cloud-based systems. Test, monitor, and iterate using production feedback, with emphasis on patient impact and human judgment.

Lead Cadence’s quality management system and regulatory strategy for AI-enabled healthcare software and SaMD. Own design controls, risk management, CAPA, audits, validation, complaints, change control, post-market monitoring, inspection readiness, and regulatory submissions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams on device classification, clinical risk, cybersecurity, AI/ML governance, and compliant product development.

Build and maintain backend or full-stack services for Cadence’s remote patient monitoring platform. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, customers, and engineers to deliver scalable clinical care features, improve engineering standards and tooling, and support the platform’s continued growth.

Design, deploy, and operate production clinical AI agents that synthesize patient data, retrieve clinical knowledge, use tools, generate care recommendations, and escalate to clinicians. Own LLM workflow reliability, observability, cost efficiency, evaluation, safety testing, RAG optimization, orchestration, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to build reliable AI systems for chronic disease care.

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and development of Cadence’s AI-powered Clinical Intelligence platform. Build reliable clinical decision-support and medication recommendation systems using patient data, clinical protocols, safety rules, and clinician oversight. Hire, mentor, and grow AI, backend, and full-stack engineers while establishing engineering standards, testing, observability, validation, and regulatory-readiness practices. Partner with clinical, product, design, and AI stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable production systems.
