Own partner relationships, service delivery, escalations, platform configuration, workflow testing, and partner education for a financial alternatives technology platform. Analyze business and data issues, maintain documentation, support reporting, and drive automation, process improvements, and platform delivery projects. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Transformation, and Enablement teams to resolve partner needs and improve adoption. Analyst candidates need 0–2 years of experience; Associate candidates need 3–5 years and deeper alternatives, platform, and data expertise.

Supports the broker-dealer compliance program through FINRA registrations and filings, employee compliance and personal trading reviews, communications surveillance, marketing compliance, compliance system administration, branch examinations, policy testing, due diligence, and regulatory initiatives. The role provides guidance across the organization and helps enhance compliance policies and procedures in response to evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Oversee monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV production, validate financial reporting, coordinate annual audits, and review financial statements and accounting records. Manage relationships with auditors, fund administrators, tax providers, valuation specialists, and internal stakeholders. Support tax filings, investor reporting, capital activity, cash management, reconciliations, expense allocations, and broader fund accounting operations. Improve controls and streamline processes through AI and automation tools.
