Administers employee compensation programs, including weekly commissions, monthly and quarterly incentive payouts, salary actions, reconciliations, reporting, and compensation analysis. Reviews payment accuracy, maintains compensation records, supports management and employee inquiries, advises on salary actions, and helps develop analytical tools and dashboards. Requires advanced Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of compensation practices and relevant U.S. regulations, and the ability to handle confidential information.
