The Director, Talent & Culture will partner with Product leaders to shape talent strategy, drive organizational design, and enhance employee experience through data-driven insights while leading change initiatives.

Serve as a senior strategic technology advisor between Managed Business and IT, develop multi-year roadmaps, prioritize investments, lead AI/automation/analytics and digital transformation initiatives, manage governance and value realization, and drive customer experience and operational scalability.

Lead global platform reliability and observability on GCP: design and scale GKE clusters, Grafana telemetry, high-throughput Kafka pipelines, and large-scale PostgreSQL/AlloyDB/BigQuery systems. Implement AIOps for intelligent alerting and automated incident response, provide technical leadership across network layers (L1-L7), and mentor engineers in distributed systems and remediation automation.
