Lead Epic and clinical application optimization: analyze workflows, configure and support EHR and related systems, monitor performance and data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, train users, and drive system upgrades and continuous improvements.

Enter and verify grant-related data into ESHARE and AIRS, maintain Excel trackers, perform quality checks to ensure data integrity, support grant reporting, and collaborate with team members on data issues and progress toward metrics.

Provide patient navigation and care coordination to reduce barriers to care. Educate patients on HIV prevention and preventive services, track appointments, assist with housing and benefits navigation, and liaise with service providers and community organizations to ensure patient-centered care.

Lead daily nursing clinical operations, staffing, and performance management in an outpatient setting. Oversee supervisors and nursing staff, coordinate onboarding and competencies, support quality and regulatory compliance, provide clinical coaching and escalation support, maintain clinical sessions, and participate in operational initiatives and reporting.

Serve as lead billing contact to ensure accurate patient account generation and reimbursement across medical, behavioral health, and dental systems. Manage the full billing cycle including insurance verification, authorizations, claims entry/re-billing/corrections, payment posting and reconciliation, account maintenance, and patient billing inquiries while staying current on billing regulations.

Lead enterprise HR strategy and operations, advising executive leadership on workforce planning, labor relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR systems to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Lead Callen-Lorde's annual giving program across direct mail, online and peer-to-peer channels. Develop fundraising strategy, draft compelling donor communications, manage vendor relationships, optimize acquisition/retention through data and segmentation, and produce performance dashboards while supporting events and donor stewardship.

Provide patient-centered case management to remove barriers to care, coordinate appointments and benefits, connect patients to housing and social services, educate and empower self-advocacy, and liaise between patients and community providers to ensure continuity of care.

Provide care coordination and reduce barriers for patients with complex medical and social needs (including people living with HIV). Assist with appointment follow-up, benefits navigation, housing support, patient education, and liaise between providers and community organizations to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
