Partner cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to operationalize pedagogical vision, oversee content quality, vendor management, and scaleable processes, and drive strategy, analytics-informed iteration, and professional development for the team.

Lead and manage a team of Learning Experience Designers to create rigorous, research-aligned K-12 instructional materials and digital learning experiences. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to operationalize pedagogical vision, ensure standards alignment, oversee content quality, vendor management, capacity planning, and scale content production while promoting equity, accessibility, and data-informed design.

Manage day-to-day operations of statewide assessment programs, liaise with clients and subcontractors, track SOW deliverables, mitigate risks, document requirements, coordinate software configuration and UAT, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality controls are met.
