Lead client relationship management and business development for ultra-high-net-worth private clients and family offices. Drive new business, retain and deepen client relationships, oversee proposals and onboarding, mentor junior staff, coordinate with investment teams, and report on retention and revenue performance.

Lead and manage bespoke investment portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients, driving asset allocation, manager selection, risk management, performance monitoring, client engagement, team leadership, and business development. Serve as senior investment leader and mentor while building referral networks and representing the firm externally.

Provide front-desk and office services support including visitor reception, call routing, concierge services, mail and print distribution, catering coordination, conference room setup, basic facilities maintenance, vendor and inventory management, and support for IT and building service requests to ensure smooth daily office operations.
