Leads enterprise chemical safety, food toxicology, ingredient and packaging safety, analytical chemistry, risk assessment, regulatory response, and technical governance. Oversees laboratory strategies, incident response, regulatory and customer interactions, external scientific partnerships, risk mitigation, training, metrics, and testing standardization across manufacturing and supply networks. Partners with cross-functional leaders to protect consumers, ensure compliance, support commercialization, and manage emerging chemical safety risks.

Serves as senior technical authority, evaluates scientific and regulatory information, supports recalls and escalations, develops standards and metrics, represents the company externally, and builds technical team capabilities across manufacturing, suppliers, laboratories, and corporate functions.

Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise data solutions on Databricks and Azure using Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture. Lead and mentor data engineering teams; define integration patterns, governance, security (Unity Catalog, RBAC, masking, row/column-level security), and CI/CD/IaC practices. Ensure data quality, lineage, monitoring, and optimize Spark/Delta workloads for performance and cost while aligning solutions with business needs.
