Own end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market sales roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Sales Development Representatives. Build talent pipelines through sourcing and outbound recruiting, manage candidate processes, partner with Sales leaders, support hiring decisions, track pipeline health, improve recruiting processes, and represent the company throughout the candidate experience.

Manage the implementation of accounting software for new clients, ensuring data migration, user training, and providing support throughout the process.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll manage inbound leads, qualify meetings, conduct outreach, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales.

The Account Executive will drive sales growth by managing the sales cycle, leveraging automation tools, and building relationships with potential clients.

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to meet quota, manage pipeline and forecasting, run deal reviews, refine sales playbook (e.g., MEDDPICC), hire and onboard AEs, and partner cross-functionally to win complex B2B SaaS ERP/finance deals with CFOs and finance leaders.

The Customer Support Manager will resolve complex support cases, manage inquiries across channels, collaborate with teams, and improve support processes. They will focus on customer satisfaction and retention while providing feedback on product usability.
