Leads delivery of a portfolio of professional services engagements, managing workplans, project teams, client relationships, risks, budgets, forecasts, utilization, revenue recognition, and gross margins. Serves as a senior client advisor, directs matrixed consultants, supports account growth, and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client outcomes. The role also contributes to service improvement and requires collaboration across Resource Management, Services, Commercial, and Client Engagement teams.
