Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to translate complex capabilities into compelling narratives, launch products, support campaigns, improve conversions, and analyze performance metrics. The role requires strong writing, visual storytelling, cross-functional influence, and experience bringing B2B SaaS products to market.

Own product marketing strategy for Canary’s hospitality technology portfolio, including product launches, pricing and packaging, positioning, messaging, storytelling, webinars, and sales enablement. Analyze customer, product, pricing, and sales data to improve conversions and commercial outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and executives to develop go-to-market plans and customer insights.

Drive new enterprise revenue and expand existing accounts among major hospitality brands, management groups, and ownership groups. Build executive relationships, create strategic account plans, exceed sales quotas, close complex SaaS deals, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Serve as a hospitality technology and product expert, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams, and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.
