Serve as the technical expert for healthcare data integrations, partnering with clients to understand workflows, define requirements, configure custom exports, and implement last-mile solutions. Explain APIs, flat files, and UI capabilities; create documentation and solution proposals; troubleshoot integration issues; and coordinate with product, data, and engineering teams. Use SQL and structured data formats for validation and troubleshooting while identifying opportunities for automation and product improvements.

Leads B2B marketing strategy, positioning, sales enablement, demand generation, product launches, customer storytelling, and market education. Owns ABM programs, funnel reporting, marketing technology, pipeline contribution, enterprise sales support, and thought leadership across healthcare AI and infrastructure. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to define Candor’s category, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate enterprise revenue.

Works with clients to understand workflows, explain healthcare data APIs and exports, configure custom data solutions, document integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and translate customer needs into requirements for product and engineering teams. The role also implements last-mile integrations and uses AI tooling to improve issue remediation.
