Partners across service lines to implement integrated growth strategies and mentors regional market leaders to expand client relationships and market presence.

Lead experiential graphic design across multiple projects from strategy through final production. Mentor junior designers, develop wayfinding, signage, donor recognition, and interpretive exhibits, coordinate with architects, vendors and fabricators, review shop drawings, support marketing pursuits, and advocate design work firmwide.

Lead project teams and client relationships across large architectural projects. Manage budgets, schedules, risk, QA/QC, contracts, and construction administration. Mentor staff, support business development, implement firm processes and use project tools to ensure quality, profitability, and compliance.
