Leads the Quality and Reliability organization, building an SRE practice, defining SLOs and observability standards, owning incident management, and establishing risk-based automated testing and quality gates. The role reports executive-level reliability metrics, guides technical governance, and partners with architecture and engineering teams to improve software reliability, performance, testability, and operational readiness. It also develops distributed quality engineering teams and applies LLMs and agentic tools to testing workflows.

Leads large enterprise software implementation projects for financial institution clients. Responsibilities include creating project plans, managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, quality, documentation, and reporting. The role mentors project teams, communicates with executive stakeholders, manages multiple concurrent projects, and drives successful client adoption and value realization. Requires fintech vendor experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Support private markets data operations by processing LP documents, triaging automated exceptions, ensuring data quality, and analyzing trends to inform product and process improvements. Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and partner with Product and Engineering on operational needs.
