Provides structured project management and implementation support for internal and client engagements. Coordinates stakeholders, assigns tasks, tracks milestones, manages risks and issues, facilitates status meetings, maintains implementation processes and documentation, and communicates project status to management. Requires 0–2 years of related experience, proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software, strong communication skills, and occasional travel. The role is hybrid and may be based in Canon regional offices in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Leads day-to-day operations and delivery of a complex global customer program. Manages customer relationships, service teams, operational improvements, KPIs, issue resolution, compliance, financial targets, and value realization. Requires strong leadership, communication, customer service, technology or professional services management, and prior P&L experience.

Drive sales of Canon production print hardware, software, and services through independent dealers. Lead opportunity development, demonstrations, technical consulting, training, pipeline management, and deal closure with commercial print and corporate production customers. Provide expertise in printing workflows, color management, and business development while communicating customer feedback internally. This virtual, field-based role requires up to 75% travel and frequent driving.
