Lead cybersecurity and AI governance engagements for financial clients: assess platforms, cloud, applications, and third-party risks; design governance, controls, and resilience programs; manage delivery and consulting teams; develop thought leadership, reference architectures, and security automation to support secure AI adoption and digital transformation.

Lead and deliver cybersecurity and technology risk engagements for financial services clients. Design governance, policies, and controls across domains (IAM, cloud, data, application security), assess risks, support secure AI/GenAI adoption, run workshops, produce executive deliverables, and contribute to thought leadership and business development.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale generative and agentic AI architectures. Define foundation model strategies, orchestrate RAG and agentic workflows, build cloud-native MLOps and scalable infrastructure, integrate AI with enterprise systems, mentor teams, and ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness.

Lead and scale Capcos Cyber + AI practice: define strategy and offerings, win and deliver complex cybersecurity and AI-enabled security programs, manage client relationships, drive pursuits and revenue, and mentor and grow teams.

The Business Analyst will analyze, document, and provide consulting support for retail energy clients, focusing on business processes, requirements gathering, and project implementation.
