Advise senior banking and payments executives on digital money, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain payments, tokenization, and payment modernization. Shape digital asset propositions, build ecosystem partnerships, lead complex transformation engagements, and develop consulting teams.

Lead large-scale insurance business transformation programs, establishing governance, managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Develop executive presentations and strategic narratives, influence senior leaders, and partner with client and cross-functional teams to deliver organizational change and measurable business value. The role requires client-facing project management experience in insurance or financial services, strong change management and communication skills, and the ability to operate across complex organizations.
