Supports Finastra Loan IQ across loan origination, servicing, accounting, agency deals, repayments, and integrations. Gathers requirements, creates functional specifications and process flows, leads SIT and UAT, manages defects, and provides production support through issue triage and root cause analysis. Partners with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to improve lending operations, reporting, reconciliations, workflows, and loan lifecycle processes.

Lead business analysis and Scrum Master activities for large-scale high-value and cross-border payments transformation initiatives. Gather and translate business and technical requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, support payment-system delivery, and align business, technology, and operations stakeholders. The role also involves building client relationships and delivering solutions for major financial institutions, with a focus on payment processing systems, financial messaging standards, and modernization programs.

Leads client engagements that apply generative AI, copilots, and AI agents to enterprise workflows, workforce transformation, and responsible adoption. Identifies high-value use cases, redesigns roles and processes, develops capability-building programs, and establishes governance, adoption, and value metrics. Advises senior stakeholders, facilitates executive workshops, leads multidisciplinary consulting teams, and contributes to proposals and reusable AI transformation assets, particularly for regulated financial services organizations.
