Support scholars in academic and social-emotional enrichment during a summer program. Deliver instruction, create safe student-centered environments, analyze data to inform teaching, attend mandatory professional development, collaborate with peers, engage families, and support student success and leadership development.

Assist lead teacher in classroom instruction and management, provide substitute and long-term coverage, create safe inclusive learning environments, follow lesson plans, engage with students and families, participate in professional development, and pursue state teaching certification.

Lead day-to-day school operations across finance, facilities, compliance, student services, purchasing, events, and records. Manage vendor relationships, supervise operations staff, ensure regulatory compliance (drills, immunizations, reporting), support enrollment and transportation, and coordinate with network operations and school leadership to maintain safe, efficient school operations.

Provide and oversee student healthcare at a K-12 school: triage illnesses/injuries, administer medications, maintain health records, conduct screenings, develop Individualized Health Plans, ensure immunization and reporting compliance, coordinate referrals, support emergency preparedness, and promote a healthy school environment.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, employee records, background checks, benefits/open enrollment, HR compliance, NYS certification guidance, HR analytics, wellness and engagement initiatives, and support the Chief Talent Officer with HR operations across multiple school locations.
