Assist lead teacher in classroom instruction and management, provide substitute and long-term coverage, create safe inclusive learning environments, follow lesson plans, engage with students and families, participate in professional development, and pursue state teaching certification.

School-based recruiter responsible for building community relationships, conducting outreach and events, supporting admissions (applications, lotteries, waitlist, seat offers), coordinating visits and open houses, maintaining community partnership directories, and supporting family engagement and school enrollment activities. Requires travel between campuses and attendance at evenings/weekends.

Report to the principal and serve on leadership team to drive student achievement, oversee curriculum and instruction, manage staff development, coordinate testing, support student services, liaise with parents and trustees, and implement school policies to sustain the Capital Prep academic model.
