Lead and mentor a frontend engineering team to deliver scalable, accessible React/TypeScript web applications. Drive frontend architecture, collaborate with product/design/backend teams, manage performance and career development, uphold testing and release practices, and evolve processes to support frequent, high-quality releases.

Maintain and configure client coding and reporting tables, audit accruals, create and transmit standard and government reports, update coding to ensure payroll/PSL data consistency, and define client requirements for custom reporting while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
