Serve as the technical sales expert for entertainment payroll and production technology solutions. Lead discovery, tailored product demonstrations, RFPs, security questionnaires, technical discussions, objection handling, and deal support alongside Account Executives. Advise existing clients on adoption and expansion, communicate customer insights to Product and Marketing, and represent the company at events and client engagements across New York and New Jersey. Requires strong SaaS, production finance, payroll, communication, and consultative selling expertise.

Qualifies inbound leads, conducts targeted outbound prospecting, researches film and television production activity, validates marketing-qualified leads, maintains pipeline records, and supports Account Executives. The role targets production accountants, line producers, UPMs, and finance coordinators while developing entertainment industry knowledge and consultative sales skills for progression into an Account Executive position.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, requirements, backlog prioritization, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives for an enterprise SaaS product. Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and analytics; collaborate with development, UX, sales, support, customer success, payroll operations, and marketing teams. Define user stories and PRDs, support testing and defect resolution, and contribute to go-to-market launches.

Own Talent Acquisition operations, ATS and HRIS workflows, reporting, dashboards, process documentation, data integrity, and recruiter enablement. Manage employer brand content across career and recruiting platforms, support candidate experience improvements, coordinate vendors, and develop campaigns that attract diverse talent. Partner with HR, Marketing, IT, and recruiting teams to optimize systems, workflows, and operational processes.

Leads U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance, filings, payments, audits, reconciliations, year-end reporting, controls, and regulatory monitoring. Manages a team of six payroll tax professionals while partnering with Payroll Operations, Technology, Product Management, HR, Accounting, vendors, auditors, and government agencies. Drives process improvements, system enhancements, testing, strategic initiatives, and organizational change across complex, multi-jurisdiction payroll operations.

Leads the enterprise analytics organization, managing Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers. Defines analytics strategy; delivers executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reporting, semantic models, and self-service BI. Establishes data governance and metric standards, ensures data quality, partners with Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and executives, and translates business questions into actionable analytical solutions. Mentors analytics talent and drives prioritization, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Own Workday HCM administration, troubleshooting, configuration, reporting, security, integrations, and data quality. Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve workflows, automate processes, support global and UK-specific needs, and manage cyclical programs including payroll, benefits, compensation, audits, and open enrollment. Provide guidance, documentation, testing, and internal expertise to reduce reliance on external support.
