Defines analytics strategy; delivers executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reporting, semantic models, and self-service BI. Establishes data governance and metric standards, ensures data quality, partners with Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and executives, and translates business questions into actionable analytical solutions. Mentors analytics talent and drives prioritization, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, AI workloads, and customer-facing applications. Develop ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, event-driven and streaming solutions, data models, enterprise integrations, and automated monitoring and deployment systems. Collaborate with software, platform, product, and data teams to ensure reliable, secure, high-performance production systems.

Own Workday HCM administration, troubleshooting, configuration, reporting, security, integrations, and data quality. Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve workflows, automate processes, support global and UK-specific needs, and manage cyclical programs including payroll, benefits, compensation, audits, and open enrollment. Provide guidance, documentation, testing, and internal expertise to reduce reliance on external support.

Lead advanced financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and complex financial modeling. Deliver business metrics, trend and profitability analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management using data analytics and enterprise financial systems.

Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team while contributing 50% hands-on code. Drive architecture and cloud migration to SaaS, ensure scalability, performance, uptime, and CI/CD/infrastructure practices. Collaborate with product and design to deliver features, address technical debt, and improve velocity and monitoring across multi-region cloud services and client applications.
