Conduct research and quantitative analysis of environmental services companies, industries, regulations, market trends, and financial data to identify investment opportunities. Develop financial models and differentiated investment insights, synthesize complex information, and communicate findings to senior team members, clients, policymakers, and industry stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities independently while supporting client relationships and investment decisions.

Lead business development to identify, cultivate, and close private equity clients investing in the energy sector; build senior relationships; develop account strategies; monitor deal activity across energy subsectors; collaborate with analysts and represent the firm at industry events.

Lead and own end-to-end accounting for US and UK entities, including month-end close, audit, multi-currency treasury, revenue recognition, AR/AP, payroll oversight, and ERP ownership. Design AI-first automated workflows, stabilize Campfire ERP integrations, build reporting and controls, and manage a small team while partnering with Head of Finance to scale toward a Controller role.
