Lead complex, multi-phase enterprise SaaS implementations for strategic customers. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change control, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. Partner with solution architects, engineering, and technical consultants on integrations, configurations, technical risks, and deployment readiness. Mentor project managers and improve professional services delivery methodologies, tools, and technical playbooks.

Manage multiple customer SaaS implementation projects from planning through closure. Responsibilities include controlling scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and communication; coordinating cross-functional teams; managing customer expectations; maintaining project documentation; and reporting progress to leadership. The role requires SaaS deployment experience, strong stakeholder management, analytical decision-making, and familiarity with data integration and enterprise IT environments.

Lead enterprise expansion across strategic accounts: develop account plans, self-generate pipeline, multi-thread stakeholders, run cross-sell plays, manage a BDR/AI SDR rhythm, and help codify enterprise expansion playbooks.
